5 steps to motorcycle shipping

Motorcycle Movers understand that when it comes to motorcycle shipping, the whole process can be a bit of a minefield and somewhat daunting.

Shipping motorcycles around the world (or importing motorcycles into the UK) is something we have many years experience in and have an excellent service in place to make the whole motorcycle shipping process, as easy and hassle free as possible for our customers. When it comes to motorcycle shipping, you may want to know how your motorcycle will be shipped from origin to destination.

We have created 5 simple steps to follow when shipping a motorcycle:

  1. Contact Motorcycle Movers for a free no obligation motorcycle shipping quotation. Contact us by telephone 0208 893 7722, email james(at)frontierforwarding.co.uk or send a fax 0208 893 7115.
  2. Upon acceptance of our motorcycle shipping quotation, arrange the collection of your motorcycle with Motorcycle Movers who will arrange the collection at a time convienient to you.
  3. Upon receiving the motorcycle at our warehouse, Motorcycle Movers will professionally crate the motorcycle to ensure maximum security and safety whilst the motorcycle is in transit. Once crated, the motorcycle will be delivered to the airline or shipping line, depending on which mode of transport has been selected/paid for.
  4. The motorcycle arrives at destination and with the assistance of our overseas agent, Motorcycle Movers will arrange for the customs clearance of your motorcycle at destination. Usually the customer needs to be present as certain details need to be provided by the customer directly to customs at destination, this varies between different countries.
  5. Once customs clearance has taken place, the motorcycle can then be released to the customer.

Don't forget that Motorcycle Movers also provides an import motorcycle shipping service and would be happy to provide you with a quotation.

For further details call Motorcycle Movers today on 0208 893 7722 and speak to James.
